The Fixed Lease To Own Product ensures that the profit rate remains fixed throughout the financing period. That way you only have to think of your installments and how soon you can own your dream home.

Term of Financing

You can get up to 15 years to repay the installments.

Portion Financed by You

You need to pay a minimum of 20% of the value of the property as a down payment and Tamweel will finance the rest for you.

How Yusr works
Yusr, is the first ever Sharia compliant Adjustable Repayment Mortgage (ARM) product that starts with a lower profit rate for the selected period. When the Yusr period is over, the profit rate will be adjusted to accomodate the partial installment deferral of the early years.
