You will require the following information to register as a Seller at Simsari.com:

- Save the excel sheet with your username and date and send it to us.
- For every property that you include in the excel file, please attach a copy of the property ownership document (contract).
- You can also send your property images and property floor plans.
Also, you may add, edit and update your listings with the latest details, video, images, features and local information. Give the buyer a complete snapshot of your property. You can access these seller’s tools from the Your Properties tab in the page header.
Sell via “Buy Now” or “Auction”
1- Buy Now: You can put up your property for immediate sale by setting an “Asking Price” that buyers can match to make the property their own.
The buyer has to first make a deposit via credit card, which varies depending on property, in order to place an offer for it; you will get a notification of the offer.
Upon accepting the offer, the buyer will follow through with his purchase to become the owner of the property, which will no longer be available for sale.
2- Auction: You can put up your property for sale through an “Auction” listing, where a buyer has to put a deposit via credit card, which varies depending on property, in order to bid on it, as the buyer with the highest bid will win the auction.
You will get a notification of the winning bid, while the buyer will get a notification of the auction’s closure and result.
After you sell the property to the highest bidder, the property will no longer be available for sale.

Add and manage your associates
When you create a Simsari.com Seller’s Membership, you have the ability to add a limited number of additional users to your new account. Associates have their own login credentials, and can take full advantage of Simsari.com seller tools and features. Associates can be added, deleted and you can update their information whenever you need to. This is the perfect feature for small to large brokerages and businesses with multiple agents.
