The account can be terminated without notice by the Service Provider (Simsari.com) if the member: a) Breaches any provision of the Membership Agreement. b) Compounds with or negotiates for any composition with its creditors generally or permits any judgment against it to remain unsatisfied for 7 days. c) Being an individual or partnership, he or any of his partners dies, a receiving or similar order is made against him or commits any act of bankruptcy. d) Being a company, calls any meeting of its creditors, an administrator, administrative receiver or other receiver or similar officer of all or any of its assets is appointed or applied for, or enters into any liquidation. In the event of termination of the agreement by the Service Provider: a) Such portion of Membership Fees that relates to the unexpired portion of the quarter in question paid by the Member in advance shall be reimbursed by the Service Provider to the Member, but no other fees paid by the Member shall be reimbursed by the Service Provider. b) The Member shall forthwith discontinue the use of all material that would make it appear to the public that the Member is still a member of Simsari.com. c) In the event of termination of the agreement by the Member, all indebtedness of the Member to the Service Provider shall become immediately due and payable. d) The Service Provider shall be entitled to set off any monies due to it from the Member against Fees paid by the Member in advance. 4- Website Charges and Membership Pricing: Current charges for Simsari.com membership pricing, property listing options and terms for payment are listed at Simsari.com. Tejari reserves the right to make changes to membership pricing, property listing options and payment terms at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Website functionality or terminate your Simsari.com account if you fail to make payment when due.
