“BUY NOW” is a function / feature at Simsari.com that allows a registered buyer to purchase (place an offer) a property immediately.
8. What is the overall “BUY NOW” Process?
In order to buy the property online, first you have to reserve the property by depositing a “reservation fee” via credit card. This reservation fee is decided by the seller and will be adjusted in the asking price of the property. Once you reserve the property online the seller will get a notification of your intent to purchase the property. Then, you will get a call from the seller once the offer is accepted. You can then complete your property purchase and formalities offline to become the owner of this property.
9. How will I know if the seller has accepted my offer?
The seller of the property will call you once your offer is accepted. In addition to this you can see a list of all your submitted offers under “Property Won” tab on your properties page.
10. How do I pay when I buy a property online?
When you click “BUY NOW” to purchase a property online at Simsari.com, you are committing to buy the property. At this time, you just have to pay a small amount called a “Reservation Fee” to secure the property, which will be adjusted in the asking price of the property. The actual payment for the property will be collected offline once the seller accepts your offer and decides to handover the property to you.
11. What if I don’t want to buy the property after I have submitted the offer?
After you place an offer to the seller you will have to wait for the acceptance of this offer. However if you change your mind at any time you will have to inform the Seller and Simsari Customer Services about this decision.
Note that you will lose the deposit, submitted online at the time of reservation.
12. How can I view the property that I want to buy?
Please contact the seller using “CONTACT ME” option. If you are unable to communicate with the Seller please inform our customer services for further guidance.
