Simsari.com was created and launched in 2007 as an initiative of Tejari, the region’s leading online marketplace, capitalizing on more than 7 years of record breaking success and experience in e-commerce. Tejari was established by H.E. Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, as part of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s directive and vision for the e-commerce industry. 

As part of the Dubai World Group, our influential board of directors also consists of Tejari, Dubai Properties, Nakheel and Tamweel.  Our strategic partnership with The Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) strengthen our commitment to offer a regulated and transparent platform on which buyers and sellers can interact with certainty.

As an online real estate marketplace, Simsari.com showcases and markets members’ properties to a world wide audience of interested buyers, bringing new sales channels to our members from previously un-tapped regions in addition to the established markets.
